Do you think this was a healthy meal?

I had:

2 slices of whole grain bread
1/4 of an avocado
1 cube of chedder cheese
1 slice of provolone cheese
1 cup of grapes
6 mixed nuts
1 organic health valley cookie (about 80 calories)

Please tell me what you think!

I’m trying to eat balanced meals. As of now I am a vegetarian, but I am actually slowly turning back into a meat eater–for health reasons.

I think that’s great! Try to go a little off the cheese but other than that, you are a role-model for me! :-P

I am also trying to go vegetarian. I decided just to go off red meat at first and slowly get off of meat completely.
