Should I be Amy Winehouse for Halloween?

I’m sort of iffy about it because I live in Canada, and I don’t know how many people here know who she is. They are familiar with the song Rehab, but I’m not sure if they know she sings it. I think it would be a great and easy costume…I already have long dark hair which can be put up into a hive (no wig needed) and I have a white wife beater I can wear. And her heavy black liner would be no problem either. I don’t know…should I do a slightly original costume and have only a few people know who I am? Or should I do a common costume and have everyone know who I am?

I’m gonna be Amy for Halloween too! I’d say stick to your plan and who cares if people know who you are. It’s an easy costume and it’s going to be a lot of fun sporting the beehive and acting crazy. Don’t forget a bright bra that sticks out and tattoos!
